Based upon our experience in manufacturing and design of bag making machinery, we constructed our new s-pouch machine to make pre-made s-pouches. The high-speed s-pouch (liquid pouch + spout) bag making machine is located in an isolated air-conditioned clean room. The manufacturing process guarantees high quality, by high-end technology and our control system, resulting in a consistent quality of each s-pouch produced. Besides using a reliable film manufacturer, guaranteeing the quality of the film material used, our Quality Control starts by testing the film as soon as it arrives in our plant. Furthermore the machine operator checks each s-pouch made, while the seal-strength-drop-test is carried out randomly.

This pre-made pouch size from 250ml to 5000ml and are shaped into h-pouch (handle pouch), j-pouch (jar shape pouch) and z-pouch (zipper s-pouch). This pre-made pouch is ready to fill. The filling process can be done manually, or automatically according customers requests.
